A Decade’s Hall | CREDAWARD 10th Anniversary Message
A decade can hold a lot of stories about winning and losing, feeling down or excited. These stories show how much we’ve grown as we move forward. The last ten years were full of achievements, and as we face the next ten, we should remember why we started. We hope everyone can keep moving forward, solidly and surely, and continue to support each other, creating more success in the decades to come.
A Message for CREDAWARD
In an era of good time, a grand stage will make your talents shining and go publicity, and the CREDAWARD is the very stage to show your talents.
Interpretation of "Real Estate Architect"
Real estate architects focus more on the feasibility of projects, often acting like firefighters to fix leaks and errors—addressing issues and details that designers in design institutes don’t encounter in their drawings or might overlook.

Future Trends in Real Estate Design
There have always been two trends in product development: one is to find customer needs through market research and create products that meet these demands. The other is to bypass market research, create new customer needs, and lead with innovative products. Regardless of the approach, products that pass market validation are considered viable and successful. The quality of a product is always changing; there’s no such thing as a perfect product.
Perfecting a product’s core capabilities cannot solve all real estate problems, but no matter how the environment changes, maintaining high-quality product fundamentals remains a crucial professional ethic for real estate designers (architects). For the future, these professionals need to have clear goals, reasonable actions, and strong determination to do well. Outcomes are merely for validation and should not be excessively scrutinized for perfection.
Moreover, there’s no need to strive for one product to dominate; diversity and blooming of many products signify prosperity! In product design, there’s no need to restrict oneself to a fixed definition of what the future should look like—you can be part of creating that future direction.
May those in real estate have a wonderful spring!
