Greenland Shanghai Zhangjiang Central District Project

The project is strategically located in the core area of Zhangjiang Central District., with two subway entrances and natural resources for urban viaduct.

The main planning area is the research office area, including the Huisheng Engineering Headquarters, the Lotus Creative Research Building, the commercial large aircraft headquarters, etc., as well as the Novartis R&D Center, the Torch Building and the Zhangjiang Biomedical Public Platform under construction. The Fudan New Campus, which is located in the northwest of the plot, has been put into use. The Shanghai University of Science and Technology and the research institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have been completed. To the east of the plot, there are Vanke commercial and residential plots to be built; southeast of the plot, there is a planned large-scale supporting living base of Zhangjiang South District of 80m2.
