Beijing Cathay Manor · DAJIA（Demonstration Area）

Located in Yuzhuang, Gaoliying Town, Shunyi District, Beijing, the Beijing Cathay Manor ·DAJIA is the third-generation product developed by Guancheng according to its previous experience. It is a refined brand-new villa designed by Sunlay that makes use of the oriental philosophy and brings the space back to the essence of living. The architecture emphasizes the extension of time and space. The boundary between indoors and outdoors is blurred by the large rotating glass door, presenting the co-existence of architecture and nature. Designed with a concept of vertical garden, the villa has a go-through LDK living space that connects the indoors and outdoors. Inspired by the Chinese ancient historian Ban Gu’s book Ode to Two Capitals, the general community planning has created a harmonious relation of streets, alleys and courtyards in the Chinese context.
