The project base is located in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, with two plots of East-West base atmosphere. The East Block consists of a high-rise community, a block business and a 5A office. The sales office is located at the southernmost end of the block business. The West Block consists of the Westernized House Community. Residential facades are built in a new Chinese style to cater to the trend of the times; commercial facades are built in a modern style, with proper shape and details; office towers are built in a glass curtain wall system and become regional landmarks. The project has overcome many adverse effects around, and created another high-quality residential and commercial mixed community in Zhonghai, Nanjing, as a business card project in Yuhuatai District of Zhonghai.
