POLY · XINGHAI TOWN

Xinghai Town is a work of transformation co-developed by HYP and Guangzhou Poly in 2015-2016. The project plans to build high-rise residence, low-rise residence, a kindergarten and a primary school.

Based on location conditions and demands of local clients, the project will be planned in an balanced manner to guarantee appropriateness and comfort. As to the low-density products, it will conform to the “cultural creativity” concept raised by Party A and come up with customized and innovative designs of house layout. Meanwhile, in order to guide the overall design and planning under a brand new lifestyle, a sense of the times and a foresight, the project will attach importance to the spatial and combinational relationship between architectures and landform and between architectures, thereby enriching and unifying the image of residential quarter.
