Office Park

The project is located in the CBD area of ​​Xinzhuang Business District. The design incorporates the concept of working in an ecological harmony. Dedicated to take the surrounding context and urban fabric into the site,  the overall design presents in front of us a diverse and program rich space, creating a shared central courtyard landscape. The design of the tower has solved the heavy feeling caused by the development intensity and height limit. A contemporary and elegant landmark is made in harmony with the surrounding context.  At the same time, other program elements such as independent commercial villas, retail, Grade A headquarters, shared office, apartments, etc. all work perfectly together, which compensate for the lack of programs from a functional perspective of the overall project.
