The design concept is “light band”. We define it as “scientific light”, which can fully demonstrate “scientific sense of technology”. The volume of the tower is divided into several small parts with the consider of  urban context and the curtain wall design. It not only avoids the volume of the tower impact the street, but also makes the building more elegant and complex. The “light band” formed by the cutting of the office tower on the façade is easy to remind of “the spread of information”. We combine the light design with it, make it seems hi-tech to adjust with the future characteristics of office building. The design concept of the commercial podium is the interspersed  block. It combines with the tower, and the “boxes” of different sizes can form a commercial street between the retail stores and the tower, which creates the potential opportunity to become the local destination. The goal of this concept is not only about the contemporary architecture art style, but also about improving the company’s public impression. We hope we can redefine this city area even the local life style. Then we make this place to be remembered and become a icon or a unique brand.
