Green, comfortable and complex office industrial park

The core concept of the project is to work in a green space, to fully integrate the office space with nature, to improve everyone’s participation, integration, and perception with environment, and to create a positive and inspiring workplace. To emphasize the cohesion and flexibility of the space, the buildings are arranged in the green street grid, forming high outside and the low inside with three clusters. In terms of delivering the core idea of “working in the green”, we create “sharing outdoor green space” within the overlapping area of the ring street and the “central path line”.  The center building design has accredited with Assessment Standard for Green Building Three-Star, LEED platinum certification.
