Vanke Yunlu Bay

The project of Vanke Yunlu Bay, situated in Cicheng Town in the city of Ningbo, develops low-density spacious-living-room residence in the lake-centered and mountain-surrounded environment. The pursuit of natural beauty, and leisurely romance helps to create high quality and livable housing, which enables residents enjoy beauty of life when appreciating mountains and lakes around.

This project, centered around the lake, showcases orderly transition of spatial landscape by fully utilizing the surroundings of interpenetrating lakes and river. Meanwhile, the northern side of this community features low buildings along the street, the western side multi-story and mini high-rises and the eastern side houses with a view of lakes.
