The project is located in Hefei’s Baohe district, 5.5 kilometres south of downtown. It nears two city’s major roads which were Baohe Road and Southern Second Ring Road. The condition of transportation close to the project is pretty convenient. In addition, the first Metro will have been operated at the end of 2016 in order to increase transportation convenience. Furthermore, the population will move from downtown to the south in the future, and the project is located exactly right on the axis of the south. The surrounding area are lacking of public resources, which mainly consisting of small service industry.

Using of unique open-type arc-shaped mixed use development are suitable for integrating shopping, dining, recreation, entertainment and cultural activities. It aims to create a whole new life square and emphasis relationship and interaction among them. Split-level greening project is used to develop the sense of space, transforming city to park is also the goal in this project. A comfortable, stylish and beautiful park-like commercial centre will be designed for the public.
