Beijing Jinhai Lake tourism resort

The project is located at 15 kilometers east of Pinggu District, Beijing. The water area reached 6.5 square kilometers, is by far the largest integrated water entertainment area in Beijing. Based on the analysis of regional, cultural and historical elements of the site, DDON design team concludes the significant development opportunities, and also some limits of development to be solved. The designers position the project as “Beijing CRD (Culture & Recreation District) areas”. From the protection and use of ecological resources as a starting point, the design team builds the Jinhai Lake core area as a tourism resort with unique landscape and high-end lakeside resort, integrating many featured surrounding beautiful scenic spots, and at the same time relying on the environment resources and “new rural construction” development model. The planning and design of Beijing Jinhai Lake tourism resort project will comprehensively improve the existing extensive mode of development in the region of the new mode of original, through the protective regional integration to establish a tourist resort with local culture and characteristics.
