YANGSHAN VILLA

The project locates in Xinglong area of Licheng district of Jinan city; the property size is about 152264 square meters with landscape of Mountain Park surrounded. Our design concept is to utilize the existing natural topography as much as possible in order to preserve the natural environment and at the same time to make the building integrated into natural. The cluster space has a pleasant scale and gradually entering space, leading people into a comfortable destination. All basements are one side open to the air, having a south courtyard facing the beautiful mountain. Each group contains two rows, total four houses, and the row behind is one storey higher than the front, so all houses could have a nice mountain view, the project got its name ‘Yangshan’ because of it, meaning facing the mountain.
