Nanjing TUSPARK

The site of the Qi Di Science Park is located in the Jiangning District of Nanjing, halfway between the new airport and the downtown of Nanjing, at the corner of Qingshuiting West Road and Su Yuan Avenue. The site is situated in a new development area and lies close to a lake. The site has a size of 104 mu or 6.9 ha. It is 300 meters long in the north-south axis and 200 meter broad in the east-west axis. The environment is mixed: in the east lies a new villa compound, in the west is an industrial area, south of the site lies a university and a 5 start hotel will be built in the north.
The target of this project is to develop a sustainable high-tech office and science park. The FAR set by the client is 3.4. The requirements include offices mainly, but also commercial areas, service apartments as well as gyms, sauna and other relaxation and entertainment facilities.
