Covering an area of 120,000.00 sqm, this project is located at the centre of Chong Chun New Town in Nantong City, and is an urban complex integrating the functions of commerce, hotel, entertainment industry and residence. The emerging zones in future urban needs more open spaces, more integrated urban functions, and more abundant life choices. As a result, the commercial space will be an important place for human communicative activities. In this project, the design focus on giving the complex three characters: a healthy leisure environment featured with sports and Ecology; the fashion vigor brought by the interaction and integration between commercial and residential space and art, televisions, education, creation, and exhibitions; an opened dimensional street with multiple themes and pleasant scale. These features will combine the city with people’s life tighter, and build up a more dynamic city.
