Seazen & Kaisa Xitang Xiyue

The project of “Xitang Xiyue” is located in the History and Culture Preservation District of Xitang Ancient Town, Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province; it is only 400 meters away from the Xitang Ancient Town. The design concept of the project is based on “To grow from the Yue Culture; to enjoy the water-front life; to hide in the lanes; to live in the courtyards; to be happy in the gardens; to be harmonious under the roofs.”  It takes water as the main structure, streets as principle and courtyards as reason, to create a delicate and elegant living environment that demonstrates the manner of modern watertowns around the Southern Yangtze River Delta by following the historical context of the streets and lanes in Xitang Ancient Town and the architecture style of the watertowns in the Southern Yangtze River Delta.
