The above-ground part of this project consists of two high-rise office towers and a high-rise commercial podium, of which tower A has 48 floors and the building height is 232.3m; Tower B has 35 floors and the building height is 166.3m. The 6 floors podium is 27.4m high with 4 floors in the basement. During optimizing the jewelry industry chain in this project, appropriate supporting service facilities are accompanied. By creating the step type composite garden, combining with the roof garden landscape to set up the independent head office and super large-scale multi-function hall. It provides comfortable and pleasant trading and working environment, supports complex trading activities demand, fully demonstrates the value of each jewelry trading procedure and promotes upgrading of the whole jewelry industry.
