Haikou Wuyuanhe Stadium

This project is located at the entrance of Wuyuanhe Cultural and Sports Park in Haikou city. The stadium is a Class A stadium with the capacity of around 50,000 spectators, contains commercial and office facilities. It is able to holding national and individual international competitions and large-scale activities, meet the requirements of the winter training base for the Chinese national team. The stadium looks like a white crescent from the top of the sky, and looks like a shell on the beach in the distance, which echoes the seaside scenery of Haikou. A number of advanced industrial technologies are applied in the project, such as: the first asymmetric pre-stressed cable-membrane structure in China, siphon drainage technology with maximum slope, open curved curtain wall system, etc. The completion of Haikou Wuyuanhe Stadium has promoted the urban development of Haikou new district and has become the best place for sports and cultural activities in the whole Hainan province.
