Lake Villa

With the match of colors, the innovation on traditional elements, as well as the extension of lines, the new style of luxury is redefined against the combination of the mountain and lake view.

CAC Design provides the project with interior design of model houses.

The villa covers an area of nearly 1,600 square meters in three floors – first floor for reception, second floor for bedrooms, and basement for recreation.

Materials: jade and wood are widely used to set off the sense of luxury; metal is not only for wrapping, but also used in the hallway and other places for partition as an alternative for log to create a modern and luxurious atmosphere; the floor is the mosaic pattern of resplendently ornamented marbles. For the details, humanistic connotations are revealed by the antique decorations.

A mix of innovation on jade culture and blue furnishings with jewelry splendor redefines the Chinese-style fortune and fame.

Jade is an important spiritual symbol in Chinese culture. In this project, the jade material is revolutionarily used as a giant painting screen to highlight the lines of nature and enhance the sense of dignity, just like a work of art bestowed by the God.

The crystal chandelier with jade screen and multiple layers draws a hard line from top to bottom, bringing more grandness to the main living room, and offsetting the sense of narrowness in the original space layout.
