Fuzhou Thaihot Kempinski Hotel (Fuzhou Thaihot Plaza Phase III)

Thaihot Kempinski Hotel is situated in the east of Fuzhou City, which is close to the downtown area of Fuzhou City and in Jin’an New City under rapid development, and is the important fulcrum region for the eastward development of Fuzhou City. The base is characterized by beautiful environment and convenient traffic. It has the floor area of 51,900m2 (including the basement function rooms about 10,000m2), equipped with 327 guestrooms, lobbies, meeting center, all-day restaurant, Chinese restaurant and top-floor specialty restaurant and hydrotherapy zone, as well as the top-floor administrative lounge and teahouse.
We hope that the design proposal can reflect the influence of Zen, reflect the spirit of advocating tranquility and carrying profound culture in Fuzhou City; respect and make creative use of the regional culture, so as to create the hotel building with international design quality. The inspiration of the project pattern comes from abundant natural landscape and long-lasting regional culture of Fuzhou. Fuzhou is rich with stone, including many precious stones. Some of these precious stones are chosen to metaphorize the building image. Crystal, also called water jade, is as clear as water and as hard as jade. The hotel pattern looks like the chamfered crystal, growing on the podium buildings like layers of stone, clear, transparent and refreshing, reflecting various colors
