The project is the first “TOD” synthesis in Wuxi City, which is located on the top of the Xuelangping subway station in Wuxi and taking full advantage of the subway upper cover to build a new three- dimensional city and to promote the grade of Wuxi, which opens a new era of the integration of Suzhou, Wuxi, and Changzhou. The project combines present subway car depot to resolve the effect which was carried by the current dispersion to the base, and divides the place into three main regions: residence, office, and landscape platform. Therefore, the area can be built into a multiple and active community which is closely related to the city. What’s more, the sale office highly restores the unique style of the design plan of “Super Bowl”, which has become another landmark building in Taihu New Town.
