Suzhou Wuzhong Science &Technology Park Headquarters

The Suzhou Wuzhong Science Park Headquarters Base is located in the eastern entrance of Wuzhong Science, on its south bordering the Wangshan Industrial Park. It is adjacent to the Wuzhong expressway on the south and Chuanggao Road on the north. And it is 8km away from the nearest exit of Raocheng Expressway. The site is planned with two high-rise buildings, four multi-storied office clusters and three independent clubhouses. The buildings are mainly set with north-south exposure. The clusters are arranged around the central green-landscapes, whild the eastern facade of the eastern buildings faces the waterfront landscape where water system runs through the site in the east. Therefore, the waterfront facades of the buildings are opened for a greater view.

The park has its main entrances on Wuzhong Avenue, south of the site. Its secondary entrances are placed along the northern Chuanggao Road. The eastern high-rise tower serves as the cartoon base, while the western high-rise building serves as the landmark office building. Along with the commercial use podiums are multi-storied garden-like office buildings. The clubhouse, conference center and exhibition center are situated along the east-west axis. In such way of multi-functional layout, the site would effectively meet the demands of the industrial development. Besides, the configuration of building is precisely and solemnly designed, the clusters enclose traditional Suzhou style interior courtyards and integrate the ecology, humanity and science.
