Poly Park 2010 Guiyang

Poly Park 2010 is the fifth project developed by China Poly Real Estate since its entry into Guizhou in 2005. It occupies 6,000 acres of native land and consists of 1800 acres of sports parks, 45,000 square meters of Lake Como, 2,200 acres of native forest belts and residential landscapes. The project covers a variety of product types such as high-rise, bungalow, villa, commercial, etc. The base is 3,455 meters long from north to south, and the terrain is ups and downs. Taking the respect of the original ecological environment as the forerunner, we made full use of the topography of the project and formed a stepped layout with layers of layers and gradually increased, fully exploiting the maximum value of natural landscapes such as mountains and water bodies. The architectural style is adjusted according to the local conditions and the environment, so that the architecture and nature reflect each other.
