YangPu Bridge Waterfront Greenland and Ecological Environment Phase I Project

The project won the first prize of the 5th Shanghai Excellent Landscape Architecture Planning and Design Awards. It aims at reclaiming the water edge to the city, establishing a new living interface, creating a new breath of life. Inspired by the power and strength of Yangpu Bridge, landscape design is extremely modern, creating a green land with aesthetics, functionality and experience through a combination of concise geometric shapes and rich vertical changes that in fuse with the architecture. The project has played an important demonstration role for the construction of other waterfront industrial sites and urban renewal development in terms of circulation integration, accessibility improvement, and urban cultural heritage, showing ecological, educational, cultural and social values.
