Cat House

The owner is a young couple who have lived with cats for a long time. They have nearly 50 cats in a 33 square meter home. Due to the cramped space and the large number of cats, it is inevitable for humans and cats to interfere with each other in life, and human and cat health have many hidden dangers. The design team reconstructed the space sequence of the house in accordance with reasonable flow lines and functional partitions, and exchanged the positions of the kitchen and bathroom, living room and bedroom. At the same time, some self-built houses were demolished and restored to courtyards. A glass skylight is added on the top to introduce sunlight and natural ventilation into the room. The new small courtyard can also be used as the main living space of the cat at the same time.
