In the design, the designer takes the Chinese civilization connotation of “starting, connecting and combining” nurtured by the Yellow River, “starting”: originated from the life of water. “Cheng”: the power of culture. “Turn”: transform into immortal art. “He”: combined with people’s life. Combined with the local natural landscape, it integrates the surging magnificence of the Yellow River, the Qingrun fine trickle of Baotu Spring and the majestic state of Mount Tai into a multi Oriental poetic Vientiane, creating a poetic space to trace the context of culture and the shape of mountains and rivers.
