Office programmes, along with hotel and facilities are encapsulated in this business service centre. Optimizing land use whilst maintaining a strong discretisation of open, porous spaces meant for opposing hospitality and commercial programmes was the key consideration throughout the design process. The innovative green deck solution crafts a harmonious relationship amongst the human, nature and architectural aspects of the project, by mediating the hotel and facility functions of the podium with the office tower above. Doing so ensures privacy and independence of the distinct programmes, allowing for the inclusion of open, low-density spaces within each. The green deck also seamlessly integrates with the surroundings, providing users with a communal platform for social activities.
