The project is located at the southwestern end of ‘Hangzhou Liangzhu Cultural Village’, surrounded by mountains, and has an excellent environment. It is surrounded by 5,000 acres of mountains and waters and a deep pit park of about 100,000 square meters. The project adopts a two-level space model of ‘public places to neighborhood groups’, and divides the houses into groups of different sizes and shapes for layout, forming a rich and unique living pattern from ‘stacked villas’ to ‘low-rise houses’.The terrain of the project is low in the south and high in the north. According to the terrain height difference, we use the underground garage to divide the land evenly into four platforms with different elevations.
