Vanke New Park

Vanke New Park is located in the NanXu Town, Runzhou District, Zhenjiang. The simple shape, the proportion of space, and the relationship between materials convey a pure and bold design. In a limited space, the project draws on the traditional Chinese multiple courtyard space form. In order to express different visual feelings, in the design, on the one hand, we emphasized the strong sense of sequence formed in the space by highlighting the landscape walls, porches, grounds and buildings. On the other hand, the courtyard with water as the main element, through the hollowed-out view wall, is intertwined with light and shadow, giving the space a rich level of change.
