The Hangzhou Sunac City Demonstration Area is located in the Dajiangdong Industrial Agglomeration Area of Qiantang New District. The surrounding residential facilities are complete, and a large 400,000 square meter international community consisting of high-rises, bungalows and low-density villas. The demonstration area is located on the southeast side of the plot, with ‘water’ as its soul and ‘symbiosis’ as its concept. In the design process, we gave more space to ‘water’ in a limited space, forming an infinitely extended space imagination. The planning and design of the demonstration area adopts a combination of traditional and modern architectural layout. A simple fence separates the demonstration area from the surrounding noisy construction scenes.
