Interior Design of No. 270 Warehouse HYP-ARCH New Office

The new office is located at No.270 Warehouse, 3 Minsheng Rd, which is formerly a century-old warehouse by Huangpu River. It adopts original office design with diamond vein concept and shows new features of HYP-ARCH. The original façade has a red brick finish with some European-style decorative lines, and orange-red rusty iron plates are used on the third and fourth floors, which brings an impressive style of industrial building. Meanwhile, a more simple industrial setting is also obvious in indoor material selection and style. Ingenious arrangement of eaves creates a magic space filled with “montage” experience.
