Ningbo Global Shipping Plaza

Ningbo Global Shipping Plaza is located in the new town in the east of Ningbo. It is a 250 meter high building with three huge courtyards. The project adopts the double-tube structure system of super truss, and vertically sets up “three floors” open to the outside world in the low, middle and high areas in the center of the super high-rise building. These north-south airy, column-free giant public spaces are a challenge for the architects to achieve the public form and openness of today’s ultra-high-rise buildings.These large public spaces without columns, which are ventilated from north to south, are a challenge for architects to the inherent form of today’s super high-rise buildings in order to achieve public and open architecture.
