Siamese Exclusive 31

Siamese Exclusive 31 is located in the old low-rise residential area, Soi Sukhumvit 31, which being replaced with more high density developments as the city grows. The project is aimed to integrate green area with vertical living. A perennial tree and vertical privacy green wall are added to the cantilevered balcony of each living unit, in order to provide the sense of living with nature. They also act as sun shading device for the building façade. Housing more than 204 trees and 1,442 sq.m. of vertical green area of the facade, it is not only visually pleased, but also environmentally better to the neighbor and the city.
