As the first fourth-generation housing project in China (with some scenes of future communities), Chengdu Seven One International Plaza fulfills roles as pioneer and guide:
The large-scale courtyard with staggered balconies, ecological facade design, and new home lifestyle
will all have a major influence on the development of healthy housing.
The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 serves as a further reminder that in the future, healthy housing may go beyond high-rises with green courtyards to encompass more dimensions and more ecological patterns of living.
