WANGJING VANKE TIME SQUARE

We have a stunning make-over of the 1990’s run-down strip mall. Focus on re-connecting and re-energizing the city. We create several large glass atrium spaces (the “eyes”) to mark the office entrances and arcades to the garden inside.  We use modular curtain wall system with waving patterns to give the old building a chic and modern look. We want to create a 24hr urban destination with retail, office, garden and landscaped sidewalk. The main entrance “Wangjing Eye” is a 4 story atrium space with tension curtain wall system, facing the 3rd Ring Road and Wangjing Street, which become a new icon of the city.
