The coastal zone, which enjoys an exclusive 7-kilometer wild coastline, is the most important landscape corridor and activity space for the Cold Ting Harbour.
Based on top-level planning, branding and dynamic design, the design team focus on sustainable development and operation, creating a national AAAA scenic spot as well as a top tourist destination on the coast of South China. At the same time, the project has continued the brand story of POLY, presenting a series of holiday-themed experiences. To build a complete and convenient service system, the team has introduced the high-end hotel together with some commercial and public facilities. In addition, smart stations are set up in public green spaces to meet the the all-round needs of different people. It has created a new holiday style —— “leading an easy life at the seaside in the Great Era”.
