SUNAC Tiantuo O+N Plot

The project base is located in the hinterland of Nankai District in the western part of Tianjin city. The planning starts from the traditional Tianjin neighborhood texture and rationalizes the functional relationship between office towers, small offices and commercial in the area, and responds to the traditional spirit of the Tianjin Tractor Factory site. The building layout is based on the principle of ecological architecture, making full use of natural light and ventilation, and each building has a relatively independent landscape view space with a wide view. The building façade continues the formal order of the old Tianjin Tractor Factory, and at the same time with new materials such as stone and glass, so that the building façade still carries the traditional architectural style, while presenting a modern, simple and powerful quality.
