Ningbo OCT·Joyful Coast

The project is located in Ningbo Bay, Fenghua, in the south of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, with the green islands and mountains to the south and Xiangshan Port connected to the East China Sea in the east. It has rare natural resources of mountains and seas. The local wild flora and fauna communities are well developed, the water quality is clear, the base is densely covered with weeds and natural purple rough stones, and the ecological base is excellent. Here, the mountain, sea, insect, and fish are the masters. The designer adheres to the principle of respecting the site, combining “light intervention” with “heavy participation”, blurring the boundary, and focusing on the connection between people and the site. Use natural brushstrokes to depict a simple spatial form, triggering the yearning for returning to natural life. Realize the encounter with the self and the dialogue with nature.
