Seattle (Yungu Apartment)

Seattle (Yungu Apartment) is the second community vitality centre project developed by Vanke Real Estate. The project has created a residential community in which interaction, engagement and networking were encouraged and realised by the establishment of community vitality centre, with children’s play spaces at its core, while enhancing interactive experiences between residents at all ages.

The landscape design of this project is committed to the creation of an integrated landscape that would unite diverse aspects of recreation with educational, physical and emotional benefits. The “Vitality Ring” concept that links activities to create an ecosystem of opportunity caters to all ages and has a particular focus on inclusion and interaction between children and adults. The outcome is a landscape that in an artistic and interesting way can guide children and adults to explore nature together, enhance emotional connections and achieve harmony between the built environment and the nature.
