Greentown Xixi Cloud Cottage

With superior natural and cultural resources, the site is planned to control the layout of architecture and landscape by two intersecting main axes, and to form a series of rich spatial experience through the dual creation of “street view” and “garden view”. Chinese garden construction techniques such as enclosure and borrowing scenery are adopted, and Chinese architectural signs such as “upturned eaves, hanging and falling, brick carving and eaves tile” are added. The pioneering modern villa in the north of the project abandons the over-complicated decoration, emphasizes the freedom and flow of space, and maximizes the introduction of external natural elements. Both exquisite and introverted Oriental aesthetic, and a modern, open western perspective, is the best response to the environment.
