Ronshine ·Zhongneng Moon and Yard

This project is located in the core area of Yueqing City. The site area is about 134666.67㎡, and the FAR is 1.8. There are two types of properties, including low-rise Chinese-style courtyard residence and high-rise building. The design purpose is to pay attention to the organic combination with surrounding urban context, as well as the recognizability of buiding form. The design style of high-rise buiding area is contemporary and concise which follows the surrounding urban interface. The low-rise building area takes reference of local building style and uses the modern design language to create the Chinese classical space atmosphere.
