Qingdao Spring Blossoms

Based on the new demand of urban development in the new era, design companies ZSD and ZWA adopt an integrated design model, into the past and contemporary interpretation of the local idyll pastoral and King Yao mountain’s landscape.They also combed it from five dimensions: space, nature, culture, industry and residence, in order to solve the existing ‘urban and rural problems’,to improve the ‘ecological space’, to fill the social ‘aging demand’, and promote local ‘economic upgrading’ and other multiple goals. Qingdao spring blossomsTown, which is characterized by idyllic wellness and the four-in-one model of tourism,living, production and cultivation, located in the landscape and pastoral idyllic town.The plan takes the mountains, rivers, fields and forests as the natural base, takes King Yao mountain, the reservoir and the river confluence into the reservoir as the starting point, and connects the ecological picture of the town with ‘one core, five centers, two axes and four groups’.
