FORTE Island

The project is located in the financial city cluster of Chengdu hi-tech south zone, east side of South Kehua Road (South extension of Hongxing Road), the north side of belt freeway. Project land area: 119968.67 square meters, total building area: 953088.18 square meters, total plot ratio: 5.8, including residential building area: 324922 square meters. The land is divided into plot A and plot B, surrounded by water, and the main urban traffic direction is on the north side of the land. The northwest side of the land is non-residential land, and the southeast side is residential area. The residence area consists of 2 plots in total. Plot A is surrounded by nine high-rise residential buildings, and plot B is composed of eight high-rise residential buildings and property management houses.
