Jin Mao West Coast Innovative Technology Industrial Park

The overall scale of the project is 400 ha, located on the west coast of Qingdao. It is a technology new town project developed with the new high-speed railway station. The project includes a 5000 square meter square meter Science and Technology Experience Hall and two 100 meter high office buildings. We hope to show Qingdao’s clear sea, blue sky, and fresh and pleasant urban regional temperament. The design takes “green waves” as the overall concept. Free lines like waves rising from the ground and green public spaces form spatial ties and are interwoven with architectural forms. The building is divided into 530m2 technology exhibition hall, 18m * 23m giant city miniature model, the big steps, shared office and other functional spaces by the undulation of roof and ground.
