Zhongguancun IC Design Park
Zhongguancun IC Design Park is specially used for the IC design industry. The owner anticipates an environment driven by hi-tech innovations, which has an intimate feeling and is different from traditional industrial parks of spacious size and isolation. With the new spatial pattern of “multi-dimensional interaction,” the designer develops multi-layer, distinct attribute, semi-private communication mode through the “cloud,” “valley” and “floor” to build the hierarchy and property of communication in the park. In terms of ecological environment, sustainable development is taken into account in the design. At present, the park has already been awarded with the “LEED CS” Gold , Green Building Two-Star, Three-Star Certifications.
