Jing’an Qicaili

Shanghai Jing’an Qicaili is located in Caojiadu, Jing’an District, with convenient transportation and close links with core business districts. The design retains the volume relationship of the original building, respects the shape of the original building, and covers the entire building with a unified and concise perforated aluminum plate with 6 different levels of undulations, and uses the glass form at the center of the entrance to allow the building to breathe freely, creating a contrast between reality and reality. The project is a bold attempt to renovate and update projects. Utilizing such buildings and giving them new life will be a topic that needs attention in the future design field.
