Aranya Gold Coast Community —-The High-rise Apartment

Seaview apartment is the second phase project of Aranya community. The original intention of the design is to provide the city people with the ideal residence of “facing the sea, blooming in spring”. The L-shaped tower makes all the balconies face the best view of the sea, and the unfavorable floor at the bottom is designed as a commercial podium serving the community, with convenient service facilities such as children’s center, community canteen, coffee shop, etc. The split-level type not only provides the owner with a 5.1-meter-high sea viewing living space and a comfortable 3.2-meter vacation room, but also combines the sea viewing balcony to form a rhythmic facade effect.
