Shenyang Huarun Run Xinhui Project is China Resources Group’s first urban center pension project, the project market positioning for Shenyang China Resources Real estate high-quality health flagship. The total Gross leasable area is 38,300 square meters. It is positioned as a small CCRC for city vacations. The landscape sequence space and the stepped roof garden arranged in the skirt room are the highlights of the design. Function, the combination of health care, one to three levels for the activities and medical areas, four, five layers for the care, six to twenty-eight layers for the living of the elderly. As a benchmark project for Shiga design, the scope of integrated design covers architecture, interior, soft-fitting and procurement.
