Raffles City The Bund is a mixed-use development located in the Hongkou District of Shanghai. This prime asset will become CapitaLand’s third Raffles City integrated development in Shanghai, which will also be its ninth in China and 10th globally. The project master plan comprises four contiguous office blocks unified by a rooftop garden, which connects the retail podiums while providing expansive views of the Huangpu River and the Pudong and Bund skylines. Benoy have been tasked with designing the interior spaces for the retail mall and Shanghai Zhijian Space Design Co., Ltd. was responsible for the street themed design of “Feng – Shanghai Memories in the 1990s” on the second floor. The end result is spectacular and highlights each space, making for a dramatic and memorable user impression.
