CLUB TREE is Located in the CBD core of Songjiang New Town, Shanghai, the project covers a total area of about 105900 square meters. The surrounding residential communities are mature, but lack high-quality public space, and the community as a whole lacks vitality. Combined with the superior planning requirements and the beautiful vision of reconstructing neighborhood relations, this case has actively built a street and an open square within the red line after deliberation of multiple versions of the scheme, becoming the third place for the integration and opening of communities and cities. In terms of functions, community supporting service centers and neighborhood businesses are planned in this space to meet the convenient life and supporting needs of community residents, and realize the full sharing of community and urban resources.
