TIANFU FOOD ISLAND PHASE 1, LUXE-LAKE ECO CITY

The project is in the front area of the entrance of Luxe Island, which is located in Luxelakes Eco-city, Tianfu New District, Chengdu. It covers an area of 33,000 square meters, and the maximum height difference of the site is 11 meters. As an experimental outpost for commercial plots on both sides of Tianfu Avenue in the future, it’s presented as a new type of concentrated shopping business. It is also an attempt at low-cost design and implementation.
